THE FOCIG LEADERSHIP-UGNAYAN SERIES (GENERAL ASSEMBLY) “Building Resilience in the Family and in the Workplace”
FOCIG’s culminating Leadership and Main “Ugnayan” (General Assembly) was held on November 19, 2022, from 5:30 to 8:30 P.M. Although it was a virtual webinar, we were blessed to have Anthony and Maricel Pangilinan as guest speakers who expounded on “Building Resilience in the Family and in the Workplace.”
About 450 participants from 31 government offices and other stakeholders joined this online event. We got feedback from almost all that they were blessed by the couples’ sharing, and also for the knowledge and value that was added to their lives.
As a recap, Anthony and Maricel used the acronym “MARATHON” to make it easier for all to build resilience during these challenging times:

A – Allow time for preparation
R – Review the route
A – Ask those who have gone before you
T – Take your loved ones with you
