INTENTIONAL AND BALANCED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR BSWM

As part of the 74th Anniversary celebration of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management, FOCIG was invited to conduct the Leading with Work-Life Balance and the Mentoring Leadership Seminars to 81 of its personnel last June 3 & 4, 2025. Under the leadership of BSWM Director, Dr. Gina P. Nilo, FOCIG has conducted other seminars in the past year to transform BSWM into an excellent and godly institution.

Based on 69 evaluation forms, 97% of the participants found the seminar relevant, useful, practical, and the teaching style appropriate and effective. The same percentage of participants rated the speakers and facilitators as very good to excellent. Forty-eight (48) are recommending that the seminar be conducted in other units/offices.

Praise God, 42 said that they have decided to get connected with God and establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Nineteen (19) of them want to be mentored in a small group.
