2nd Quarterly Ugnayan Focuses on Finance Management

In response to requests from participants during last year’s Main Ugnayan, FOCIG’s 2^nd Quarterly Ugnayan topic was “Digital Era:  Finance Management Tricks and Tips” featuring financial expert Ms. Ida C. Tiongson, CEO-President of Opal Portfolio Investments, Inc. Held via Zoom last June 20, 2024, the three-hour seminar was attended by 105 government employees, excluding FOCIG Board, staff, and volunteers.

Ms. Tiongson tackled mitigating financial risks, leverage financing, digital tools, and shared prosperity concept in her talk.

It was encouraging that most of the participants expressed that they learned a lot and were challenged by the resource person’s message. Majority said that they are looking forward to future Ugnayans.
