FOCIG Wraps Up 2023 NPTI Leadership Seminars with Intentional and Balanced Leadership Modules for Regional Training Center 5 in Legazpi City

The National Police Training Institute (NPTI) Regional Training Center (RTC) 5 has for its backdrop the majestic Mayon Volcano. On December 6-7, 2023, this is where FOCIG had its “Leading with Work-Life Balance” and “Mentoring Leadership” seminars conducted to twenty-seven (27) RTC 5 staff, including nine (9) medical personnel from the Regional Medical & Dental Unit (RMDU) 5 in Albay.

RTC 5 Training Director Police Lt. Col. Greg V. Soliba expressed appreciation for the relevance of the seminars and the immediate impact on his personnel. Likewise, the participants appreciated the value of the seminars to their family and work lives. The seminar speakers and small group facilitators were rated as excellent. Majority recommended that the seminar be conducted to other police units. 

Sixteen (16) of the participants responded positively to the Gospel presentation and decided to get connected with God and establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Marami akong natutunan lalo na sa pagpapalaki ng mga anak – building relationship, and how to be a good model and how to have the heart of a leader.
