PUBLIC SERVICE VALUES PROGRAM FOR BSWM
In preparation for its 73rd Anniversary celebration, FOCIG was invited by the Bureau of Soils and Water Management, an agency under the Department of Agriculture, to conduct the Public Service Values Program on all the Mondays of May 2024 for all its officials and employees. On May 6, former AFP officer Geri Gambala talked on Patriotism; on May 13, ex-Civil Service Institute Executive Director Art Florentin discussed Integrity; on May 20, former ARTA Secretary-General Atty. Jeremiah Belgica handled Excellence; and on May 27, FOCIG President & CEO Niels Patrick C. Riconalla exhorted on Spirituality. On June 3, Anthony N. Pangilinan gave a talk on Leadership That Matters.





The BSWM is headed by Dr. Gina P. Nilo, a FOCIG Board member.
Based on the evaluation sheets submitted by 158 participants, 94% rated the speakers as Very Good to Excellent. Almost 100% found the seminar relevant, useful, and practical, and thought the teaching style was appropriate and effective.
