Intentional and Balanced Leadership Modules for 2nd Batch of NPTI HQ Personnel in Calamba, Laguna

Wanting that all his personnel in the NPTI national headquarters in Calamba, Laguna benefit from FOCIG’s leadership seminars, NPTI Director Police Major General Ritchie Medardo A. Posadas again invited FOCIG to conduct its leadership modules (Leading with Work-Life Balance and Mentoring Leadership seminars) for the rest of the NPTI HQ personnel (54 participants) last August 3-4, 2023.

All the respondents to the seminar evaluation found the seminars relevant, useful, and practical, and rated the speakers and small group facilitators as excellent. They recommended that the seminar be conducted also to other police units. 

Praise God, thirty-five (35) of the participants responded positively to the Gospel presentation and decided to establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Twenty-four (24) indicated that they want to be mentored in a small group setting.
