Intentional and Balanced Leadership (IBL) Modules for NPTI Regional Training Center 13 (CARAGA) in Surigao

In Surigao, 53 police and administrative staff of NPTI Regional Training Center 13 (CARAGA) and ten (10) police officers of the Regional Medical Dental Unit 13 attended the “Leading with Work-Life Balance” and “Mentoring Leadership” seminars of FOCIG last September 6-7, 2023.

With Regional Training Director Police Col. Edcille V. Canals leading the group, the participants appreciated the seminars for their relevance, usefulness, and applicability to their situations and context. They also evaluated the seminar speakers and small group facilitators as very good to excellent. Forty-three (43) proposed that other police units also be given the opportunity to attend the seminars.

We praise the Lord for moving thirty-four (34) of the attendees to establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ after the Gospel was presented.
