Enabling Leaders to Build Stronger Teams

For its 2^nd Leadership-Ugnayan Series for 2025, FOCIG featured Mr. Edric Mendoza to talk about “Workplace Synergy: Building Stronger Teams.” This was via Zoom last May 29^th, 5:30 to 8:30 pm, a 3-hour CSC-accredited Leadership and Values-Driven Webinar.

Mr. Mendoza expounded on five guidelines for stronger and more effective teamwork in the office: (1) Be an essentialist. (2) Add value to get value. (3) Build trust. (4) Find people’s buttons. (5) Listen well.

Praise God, we had 167 participants coming from various government agencies nationwide. 20% of the participants who submitted evaluation forms rated the seminar as excellent and very good. Not only did they learn a lot, they were challenged by the speaker. They also said that the registration procedure as easy to follow, efficient, and found the program flow smooth with timing on cue. They are looking forward to attending future Leadership-Ugnayans.
