Intentional and Balanced Leadership (IBL) Modules for NPTI Regional Training Center (RTC) 4B

From the Visayas and Mindanao seminar tours, FOCIG shifted back to Luzon by conducting the “Leading with Work-Life Balance” and “Mentoring Leadership” seminars for NPTI RTC 4B or MIMAROPA online via Zoom on March 6-7, 2024 for thirty-two (32) police officers and staff.

Most of the participants found the seminars relevant, useful, and practical and the teaching methods appropriate and effective. Almost all the respondents rated the seminar speakers and small group facilitators as excellent. A majority recommended that the seminars be conducted to other police units.

Praise God that twenty-eight (28) indicated in the response form that they established a personal relationship with Jesus Christ when the Gospel was shared towards the end of the seminar.

• Thank you for sharing some valuable knowledge that we can really use in our everyday activities to become better leaders and children of God.  Sana po marami pa po kayong ma-sharean ng knowledge na kagaya nito.
